Saito Koji currently living in Fukushima city played in several bands, then went solo in 2003 after being influenced by Otomo Yoshihide's live performances and Derek Bailey's albums. Saito is engaged in the pursuit of an original kind of minimalism / improvisation. Since 2004 Saito has released works on a multitude of labels including Magic Book Records, Kesh Recordings, Gears of Sand Recordings, SEM and Resting Bell.

Sima Kim is from South Korea who studied music and explored personally different directions and techniques, citing references such as Arvo Part, Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Sergei Profokiev or Karlheinz Stockhausen, with a focus on minimalist, combining silence and notes.
